The BH series hexagonal‑bar‑stock ball valves feature an integral bar‑stock construction, ensuring excellent sealing performance. Designed as compact on/off valves for space‑constrained instrument cabinets and integrated piping systems, they employ a ball‑valve core actuation mechanism that achieves fluid flow control—on/off and switching—by rotating the internal ball. Leveraging the structural advantages of hexagonal bar stock and precision machining, these valves deliver a balanced combination of stability, durability, and ease of operation.

BH Series The core of the hexagonal bar‑stock ball valve is machined from a single solid bar, ensuring excellent sealing performance. This compact, miniature on/off ball valve is specially designed for use in space‑constrained instrument cabinets and integrated piping systems. It employs a ball‑valve‑type opening/closing mechanism: rotating the internal ball enables fluid flow to be opened, closed, or diverted. Leveraging the structural advantages of the hexagonal bar stock and precision machining techniques, it delivers a balance of stability, durability, and ease of operation. 。

  Working principle

• Enabled status:

Drive the valve stem to rotate At 90°, the flow passage within the sphere aligns perfectly with the valve body’s flow axis, allowing the medium to pass through the sphere’s flow opening and flow smoothly through the valve.

• Closed state:

Rotate the valve stem in the reverse direction. At 90°, the through-hole in the sphere is perpendicular to the flow‑path axis of the valve body. Under the action of fluid pressure or mechanical force, the sphere tightly seats against the valve seat, forming a sealing barrier that completely shuts off the flow of the medium.
