The ferrule needle valve has good sealing performance and long service life. Even if the sealing surface is damaged, only the wearing parts need to be replaced, and it can continue to be used. During installation, the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body. Manual globe valves and ball valves can be installed anywhere in the pipeline. The sealing performance of the high-sealing ferrule needle valve refers to the ability of all sealing parts of the valve to prevent medium leakage, and is an important technical performance indicator of the valve. The valve of the ferrule needle valve has three sealing parts: the contact between the opening and closing part and the two sealing surfaces of the valve seat; the matching position of the packing with the valve stem and the stuffing box; and the connection with the valve body and the valve cover. The leakage of the former is called internal leakage, that is, the so-called valve is not tightly closed, which will affect the ability of the valve to cut off the medium. For shut-off valves, no internal leakage is allowed. The latter two types of leakage are called external leakage, that is, the medium leaks from the inside of the valve to the outside of the valve. Leaks can cause material losses, pollute the environment, and even cause accidents in severe cases. For flammable, explosive, toxic or radioactive media, leakage is even more unacceptable, so the valve has reliable sealing performance.
